Sol Space was born from Julia's passion for embodied healing, her lived experience as a mother of three, and her desire to create a nurturing place for transformation. Here, every body is welcome. Whether you’re brand new, returning after a break, or a seasoned mover, our doors (and hearts) are open to you.

Through breath-led yoga, Pilates, and community, we create space for you to reconnect with what matters most: your energy, your calm, and your sense of belonging.

Julia blends yoga, Pilates, and lived experience as a mum of three to create classes that feel grounding and real. Her teaching is breath-led and inclusive, with a focus on moving in ways that feel good for your body.

YOGA TEACHER

Tash brings a vibrant energy to the studio with her love of strong, soulful movement. She encourages students to explore their edges while honouring their own pace, helping you feel both empowered and supported on the mat.

CECI

PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Ceci is passionate about the strength, alignment, and energy that Pilates can bring. Her classes are dynamic yet accessible, offering a safe space to build core stability, move with confidence, and reconnect with your body.

Our timetable is a living, breathing thing...always evolving to meet the needs of our growing Sol Space community. Right now, it’s intentionally small, giving you space to settle in and find your flow. As our member base grows, so will our class variety and schedule — expanding with you, not ahead of you.

Julia, founder and yoga teacher at Sol Space

Hi, I’m Jules, founder of Sol Space Yoga & Pilates, mum of three, and someone who’s always turned to movement to feel grounded, strong, and connected.

Sol Space began as a deeply personal idea... something I wished existed during the big, beautiful, and often overwhelming transitions of motherhood. After experiencing pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting first-hand, I realised how much we need spaces that truly hold us; not just physically, but emotionally and energetically too.

This studio is my way of offering that. A space that’s inclusive, nurturing, and built with real life in mind - where you can move, breathe, and come back to yourself, no matter what season you’re in.

I’m so grateful you’re here, and I can’t wait to welcome you into our community.
